For the most accurate directions to your driver, be sure to check the app after requesting a ride.
- Uber pickups are in the Parking Garage across from the terminal on Level V. Follow signs for Uber and Ride App Pickup to cross via the Parking Bridge.
1. Proceed to Baggage Claim
After exiting the security area, proceed to Baggage Claim on the main arrivals concourse if you have checked bags.
2. Go up to Level 1
Take the escalator or elevator up to Level 1. Follow signs for Parking Bridges.
3. Exit Terminal via Parking Bridge
Exit the terminal through the automatic doors onto the Parking Bridge.
4. Cross Parking Bridge to Garage
Cross the Parking Bridge to enter the parking garage.
5. Go Down to Level V (Valet)
Use the elevator or stairs to go down 1 level to Level V (Valet Level).
6. Cross to Uber Pickup Area
Follow signs for Uber. Use a crosswalk to safely reach the pickup area.
7. Meet Your Driver
Wait in the designated area. Your driver will message their lane and stall number. Use crosswalks to meet your driver.
