- Head to the upper or lower level curb and look for the blue zone.
1. Choose terminal level
For upper level pickups, take the escalator or elevator to the Departures level. For lower level pickups, stay on the Arrivals level.
2. Exit the terminal
Exit Terminal D through the nearest door on your chosen level.
3. Find your pickup zone
Look for blue "Ride App" signs. On the Arrivals (lower) level, find these signs along the outer curb.
