- How do I collect Avios with an Earning Partner?
To collect Avios with an Earning Partner, you must (1) link your Uber account to your British Airways Club or AerClub account in the Uber app, (2) select one partner as your Earning Partner in your Uber app, and (3) make a Qualifying Transaction according to the Offer Terms. - How do I know what partner I’m linked to and who my Earning Partner is?
You can discover which partner is your Earning Partner by going to the Account section of your Uber app, then scrolling down to choose Settings and finding Rewards.
- Can I collect Avios with both AerClub and The British Airways Club?
No, you are not able to collect Avios with 2 partners on the same transaction. You’ll need to choose which partner you want to collect Avios with by making them your Earning Partner in your Uber app.
- Are there any differences in Avios collection with AerClub and The British Airways Club?
Both AerClub and The British Airways Club allow you to collect Avios on qualifying trips completed in mainland UK and Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Qualifying trips in the UK include UberX, UberXL, Uber Assist, Uber Access, Uber Comfort, Uber Exec, Uber Lux, Uber Reserve, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber Boat, Lime e-bikes and scooters, Black Cab, Coach, Rail, and Eurostar. Qualifying trips in the Republic of Ireland are Uber Black, Uber Green, Uber Access, Taxi, Taxi XL, and Taxi Max.
- If I choose to collect Avios with AerClub first, can I switch to The British Airways Club later, and vice versa?
Yes, you can switch your Earning Partners whenever you’d like. Just remember to do it before you start the trip on which you want to collect Avios—and that it can take up to one hour for the system to make the switch.
