Terms & Conditions – UKI ZEV Incentive (Jan 2025)

Duration

This program will be available starting 00:01 local time on Jan 15, 2025. However, you can start your eMoped rental process as soon as you receive the message. The program will end at 00:01 local time on Jan 1, 2026.

Eligibility

Only couriers who have received the offer email and who are currently using an ICE motorcycle who switch to an EV motorcycle (see Eligible Makes/Models below) with one of our Eligible eMoped Partners (see below) are eligible to participate in the program. Couriers currently using a bicycle, 4-wheel ICE motor vehicle or 4-wheel EV motor vehicle are not eligible. Couriers who are already on EV motorcycles on the date of receiving the message or have received an EV motorcycle incentive in the last 6 months are not eligible. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid motorcycles are also not eligible. Couriers will become eligible to start receiving the incentive within approximately 24 hours of when the EV motorcycle is cleared for use on the platform, though sometimes longer. Couriers switching from bicycles or cars will not be eligible for this program. In order to get enrolled you have to complete 1 EV trip within the past 28 days.

Definition Zero Emission Vehicles

Only battery electric 2-wheel base vehicles and fuel cell electric 2-wheel base vehicles are eligible for this program. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles are not eligible.

Program Model

Details of your exact incentive amount and payout frequency can be found in the email and carbon message sent to you. The offer applies to zero emission delivery trips within the M25 Motorway, London, UK (restaurant location).

Program Termination

Uber reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments in the event of an error, suspected fraud (including insurance and vehicle type fraud), illegality, or violation of driver terms or these terms. Offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time and without notice.
