What features does Comfort offer?
As an Uber Comfort rider, you will enjoy relaxing trips in newer, more spacious vehicles and the most experienced, highly-rated drivers. Additionally, you may choose your trip preferences before the trip begins:
- Temperature preferences – select preferred temperature inside the car based on 5 different presets
- Conversation preferences – let your driver know whether you are in the mood for a chat
- Extra paid wait time – your driver may wait for you for up to 2 minutes without an additional charge, followed by an additional period of extended waiting time paid extra (12 minutes in London, 10 minutes in other cities). So if you need a bit of extra time to get ready for your ride, relax and take your time – your ride will be waiting
