Free Rides and Eats for NHS Staff this Christmas

Christmas is a busy time of year for everyone, but perhaps none more so than for NHS staff. To say thank you for everything they do for us all year, this Christmas we’re trying to make their lives a little bit easier.

Between Monday, 23 December and Friday, 27 December, NHS staff members can enjoy either two free rides which could be used to and from work or two free meals at the end of their shift from Uber Eats, giving them an opportunity to put their feet up.

Step 1 NHS staff members can enter their NHS email address in the form below up until Friday 20 December. We need your NHS email to verify whether you qualify for this festive promotion, but don’t worry, it will only be used for the purposes of this offer.

Step 2 If you don’t already have the Uber or Uber Eats app, you can download it from the App Store or Play Store, otherwise, simply open the Uber app. Tap the menu in the top left corner of your screen and select ‘Payment’. You can then select ‘Add promo code’ towards the bottom of the menu and add each code you’ve been sent.

Step 3 That’s it! You’re good to go. You can now either enjoy 2 x £10 trips or 2 x £10 off your next Uber Eats order. Whichever offer you choose, your codes must be redeemed between 00:00am on 23 December and 11:59pm on 27 December.

1. Personal data
a) The personal data that is provided for this Promotion is collected, processed and stored by Uber B.V. (“Uber”), domiciled in the Netherlands and will be deleted within 14 days of the end of the Promotion. For more information about the data controller and your rights, please visit our Privacy Policy.
2. Conditions of the offer
b)This Promotion is open to all NHS staff in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over who have an Uber account, are compliant with the Uber User Terms, and have an official NHS email address (ending in .nhs.uk or .nhs.net), except employees of Uber, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this Promotion.
c) Staff must submit their NHS email address before 9am on Friday 20 December 2019 to receive a Promotion code. d) The Promotion codes can be redeemed against two separate rides or two Uber Eats orders in the UK (only, where Uber is available) up to the value of £10 for each ride or order between 00.00am on Monday 23 December 2019 and 11.59pm on Friday 27 December 2019. Demand will be high and availability limited. Delivery fee applies for Uber Eats orders.
e) To be eligible for the promotion, apply the promotion code in the Uber app before completing your trip or in the Uber Eats app at the checkout before completing your order.
f) If either ride or Uber Eats order costs more than £10, staff will be liable for the full remaining balance of that ride or order, which shall be charged to the payment method attached to your Uber account.
