Here’s how to request a car:
- Position the pin on the map where you are and tap ‘request’ – you’ll see your driver’s information and can watch as the car approaches
- Your driver comes to you. Their name, photo and registration details will appear in the app, so you’ll know who your driver is before you get in the car. We’ll alert you when your driver arrives and you can get in touch at any point
Better yet, there’s no need to swing by a cash point; every trip is charged straight to your card! Your receipt will be emailed to you as soon as the trip ends so you’ll always be able to keep track of your spending. Need to hear more?:
