St Kilda Beach
This iconic Melbourne beach is just 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. Its wide esplanade runs from Luna Park along the shore and is ideal for walking or rollerblading. The nearby cake shops and bars of Acland Street are also well worth a visit.

Brighton Beach
Famous for its colourful Victorian-era bathing boxes, Brighton Beach is one of Melbourne’s most affluent suburbs and home to the Middle Brighton Pier and the Royal Brighton Yacht Club.

Port Melbourne Beach
A mere 5km from the city, with its dunes, wide sandy shores and parks dotted with palm trees, Port Melbourne is a laid back, beautiful beach.

Elwood Beach
On the edge of Elwood Park sits Elwood Beach, a calm expanse of water perfect for swimming, fishing and windsurfing. With a wide footpath running behind the beach, it’s also perfect for cycling, walking or jogging.

Williamstown Beach
Just 15 minutes’ drive from the city, Williamstown is a historic port with stunning city views and relaxed beaches. It’s also the perfect spot for a dip, and maybe a picnic in the Botanic Gardens.
