Introducing the Uber Five-Star League, an all-new training program designed to reward you for earning more 5-star ratings.
We know you take your job as a driver-partner seriously. You’re always looking to improve so you can earn more five-star ratings and compliments from your riders. That’s why we’re bringing you a 30-day program that will guide you towards becoming a top-level driver.
This is your opportunity to learn from the best of the best with personalized tips from Dubai’s top-rated drivers. You’ll get certified as a Five-Star League Driver for all your riders to see, and you could earn big prizes for good performance.
How it works:
- Sign up at the link below. The first 100 drivers to sign up each month will be selected to participate.
- Attend a 1-hour kick-off event at the Uber office (with a free lunch!) to pick up your materials and learn all about the program.
- Throughout the next 30 days, we’ll send you one video per week with the best service secrets from our most successful drivers. You’ll also get regular reminder messages each week to help you practice along the way.
- See how your ratings improve as you start learning new techniques, and earn points for every 5-star rating and every compliment you receive.
- The top 10 drivers with the highest points will receive one of the prizes below. All drivers who improve their rating by XX% will become a certified Five-Star League Driver.
Taking part is free, and we’ll send everything to you via the Uber Driver App. It only requires a few minutes per week.
If your ratings don’t improve, don’t worry! You can alway sign up and try again.
The point system:
Your points are based on the ratings and compliments you receive while enrolled in the program.
- Earn 10 points for every 5-star rating you get
- Earn 15 points for every compliment you receive
Points will be added up at the end of the 30 days. Halfway through the program we’ll send an update so you know how many points you’ve earned and how close you are to being in the top 10!
Prizes and rewards:
Prizes will be awarded at the end of the program to the 10 drivers with the highest total number of points.
Here’s what you could win:
- 1st place: Roundtrip airline vouchers (max AED1500) + AED500 cash
- 2nd place: Roundtrip airline vouchers (max AED1500)
- 3rd place: Cash prize AED 1000
- 4th place: Cash prize AED 900
- 5th place: Cash prize AED 800
- 6th place: Cash prize AED 700
- 7th place: Cash prize AED 600
- 8th place: Cash prize AED 500
- 9th place: Cash prize AED 400
- 10th place: Cash prize AED 300
Even if you don’t make it into the top 10, you will still earn your Certified Five-Star Driver pack, which includes a special air freshener, a Five-Star League keychain, and a special sign to display in your car so riders know they are riding with a certified Five-Star League driver.
