Completion of training is required to drive in the City of Toronto
We’re excited that you have signed up to be a driver in Toronto. To start picking up riders within the City of Toronto, you must successfully complete and pass a training program approved by the City.

There are multiple approved providers who can provide City-accredited training.

Remember to upload your training certificate
Once you have successfully passed the training course, please take a picture of your training certificate and upload it on the driver app. Please ensure that all four corners of your certificate are fully visible, and that the information is legible.
Once your certificate has been uploaded, and all your other documents are approved, please expect a turnaround of 7-10 business days to start driving in the City of Toronto.
