Seattle Deactivation Challenge Procedure Policy
June 23 / US- Couriers can initiate a challenge to a deactivation within 90 days of receiving a deactivation notice
- Here is the link to submit your account deactivation review
- At the link provided, you can submit additional information (video, photo, or other documentation not previously submitted) that’s relevant to your deactivation
- A member of our team will review your account and any information you provide with your review request
- Within 14 days, we’ll send you an email with a written statement including evidentiary substantiation of the deactivation and responses to questions or claims, extraordinary circumstances necessitating a delayed timeline and an anticipated date for a further response, or a determination that Uber’s Deactivation Policy was not violated and the date of reinstatement
- Couriers can access their receipts by logging into the accessible system earner portal here.
