Fourth of July (July 4)
Fourth of July typically draws over 200,000 people to San Diego, especially to the local beaches around town. Additionally, San Diego has the second largest firework show in the nation, with about 500,000 expected spectators.
San Diego Pride (July 13 – July 15)
Hundreds of thousands of people come to San Diego each year for Pride. As the official rideshare partner of San Diego Pride, requests to and from the parade and event festivities in downtown San Diego will likely be high on July 14.
Del Mar Opening Day (July 18)
California’s largest horse race brings in about 45,000 attendees. The fair then continues with races and concerts all month long in August.
Comic-Con (July 19 – July 22)
As the second largest Comic-Con in the United States, Comic-Con draws in a huge number of attendees. This event, held at the San Diego Convention Center, will host comic fans from around the country.
