Picking up from Launceston Airport
Before you can start receiving trip requests from the Airport, you’ll need to accept the Launceston Airport Agreed Method of Operation. Driver-partners will receive a notification via the Uber Driver app with more information.
When your account has been activated to receive airport trip requests, you can join the ‘virtual queue’ at Launceston Airport by heading to the Uber waiting area located along the length of Hudson Fysh drive, just off Evandale road opposite the airport. Trips will be received by driver-partners on a first in, first out basis, meaning driver-partners who have been waiting the longest get the requests first.
