How to submit a driving record to Uber

  • Once you’ve completed the steps outlined by Service NSW and obtained your driving record online, you can have it sent to your personal email address. You can then forward that email to nswdocs@uber.com.

  • If you’ve gotten a paper print out of your driving record in person at a Service NSW location, you may take a photograph and send it to nswdocs@uber.com. Please include all pages, and the validation stamp.

  • If you’re having difficulties obtaining or submitting your driving record, you can visit a Greenlight location. To get a list of Uber Greenlights in NSW, follow the link below.

Printouts not accepted

Please note that printouts of an online driving record will not be accepted.

Online driving records must be emailed to nswdocs@uber.com.

Disqualifying offences

If you have a conviction on your driving record or police background check that meets the definition of a ‘disqualifying offence’ under section 24 of the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Regulation 2017, you cannot drive using the Uber app in NSW.
