uberX Onboarding With F Or T Extension

Thanks for your interest in Uber! In order to get you on the road we need to gather a range of documents and have you come in for an onboarding session with one of our representatives (approx 15 minutes). Since you already have an F or T extension you should be able to get on the road in less than a week!

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

We will need you to provide the following documents before we can get you on the road. You can still come to a session without these but we’ll need them before we can activate your account!

• your driver’s licence (needs to be a WA driver’s licence)
• your insurance policy (you must be a listed driver, it needs a valid expiry)
• proof of your F or T extension

ELIGIBILITY TO DRIVE

To drive on Uber, you must have:

• Full WA driver’s licence, and at least 21 years old
• Held an Australian driver’s licence for more than 1 year
• Held a full drivers licence for 4 years (including one from another country)
• a car that is NOT an ex-taxi
• a car that has 4 doors
• a car with at least 4 passenger seats (with seatbelts)
• a vehicle that is 2006 or newer (this will change to 2007 or newer next year)
