As confirmation of your F or T extension you will need to obtain a “Request for Release of Information – Driver’s Licence Details” letter, this can be done at a Department of Transport office.
This document must clearly show:
- An issue date within the last 12 months
- Your name
- Your driver’s licence number
- Confirmation that you hold an F or T extension
