Here are the FlexPay and Greenlight Hub operating hours over the holiday period – 21 Dec 2019 to 4 Jan 2020.

Be prepared for payment delays

Due to bank holidays, FlexPay will be unavailable during the following dates. Weekly payments will not be affected.

Greenlight Hub operating hours

• Sat 21 Dec: Normal hours
• Sun 22 – Sun 29 Dec: Closed
• Mon 30 Dec: Normal hours
• Tue 31 Dec: 10am – 3pm
• Wed 01 Jan: Closed
• Thur 02 Jan: Normal hours (closed in NZ)
• Fri 3 Jan: Normal hours
• Sat 4 Jan: Closed (ongoing from this date)

Greenlight hub operating hours will be changing next year. Please be aware that our hubs across Australia and New Zealand will no longer be operating on Saturdays.

  • Mon – Fri: 10am – 5pm (previously 10am – 6pm)
• Other hubs
  • Mon – Fri: No change

  • Sat – Sun: Closed
