- Q:I’ve won, but I haven’t received my prize yet. Whom do I contact about this?
A: All winners should have been contacted by CSM through phone and email. For any questions regarding your prize, please contact CSM using the email account with which you’ve submitted your prize paperwork.
- Q:How can I redeem my prize?
A: Your prize will be delivered as United Vacations® gift cards valued at $5,000; additionally, a check in the amount of $3,750 will be included in consideration of estimated tax implications. Please note that there will be 3 gift cards in your prize package, all of which can be redeemed at the same time through United Vacations®. Terms and conditions of United Vacations® gift cards apply.
- Q:Will this appear on my 1099 tax form?
A: Prize and cash payments are considered taxable income and will be reported on a Form 1099-MISC. For all questions regarding 1099s, please contact CSM directly and they will be able to provide paperwork required for your prize.
