How to use Express POOL

1. Request a ride

Update your app to try Express POOL. When you request, you’ll wait a few moments so that we can find riders along your route. After we map the best trip, you’ll see a selected Express spot where you’ll meet your driver.

2. Meet at your Express spot

Walk to the selected smart spot and be at the curb ready to go before your driver arrives to make sure no one in your car is kept waiting.

Once you request your Express POOL trip, your destination is set and locked. This helps us figure out who else to pick up and the best route to take.

3. Hop out

Enjoy a trip with fewer detours. Your trip ends at an Express dropoff spot, so you’ll walk just a couple of blocks to your final destination.
