2 features to help make pickups smoother

You’ve told us that pickups can be the most stressful part of driving. So we’re introducing 2 new ways to make it easier to coordinate with riders.
Pickup Messages
Now your riders can easily send details, like where they’ll be waiting or what color they’re wearing, to help you find them more easily. Notes will be read out loud from your app so you can stay focused on driving, and you can reply with a single tap.
Spotlight
In dark or crowded areas, Spotlight helps your riders stand out. Riders can select a color to shine brightly on their phone screen, and you’ll receive a message letting you know what to look for.
