Uber One credits are earned after completion of eligible rides, and only redeemable on eligible eats and rides orders .

Uber One is a subscription that auto-renews. Your payment method will be charged at the rate and frequency you selected at sign-up and upon the end of any applicable free trial or promotional period. You can cancel your membership at any time in the Uber One section of the Uber app by selecting Manage Membership, then End Membership. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next renewal day, you may see a charge that will be automatically refunded. Uber Cash or Uber One credits earned in connection with membership are revocable upon termination of membership. Except where prohibited by law, your subscription charge is non-refundable once your billing cycle begins.

Uber reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify Uber One or any part of it at its discretion. For users who sign up for a partner-funded pass, Uber One benefits may not be available.
