To maintain the Uber standard you expect, all driver partners must undergo Uber’s rigorous screening process. In order to be an uberX partner, drivers must pass:
- A stringent background check, with zero-tolerance for DUIs
- Vehicle safety inspection from a certified mechanic
- Ongoing quality controls
