Pickups at SAN - Pickups may only occur at terminal transportation islands. For your and your rider’s safety, enter and exit transportation islands cautiously and in a single file line. Please be mindful of pedestrians, shuttles and taxis as you do so. SAN does not allow double parking to load, obstructing, or blocking lanes, areas, and/or vehicles.
- Per SAN regulations, terminals and transportation islands may not be used to wait for fare/ride confirmation. You can use the Rideshare Staging Lot to do so.
