Thank you for your interest in UberBLACK. Before getting started, please review the St. Louis requirements for UberBLACK here. If you meet all necessary requirements please follow these steps.

STEP 1: Start your profile

1. Head to get.uber.com/drive
2. Check the “I PLAN TO DRIVE A LIVERY OR TAXI VEHICLE” box
3. Confirm that you are creating an UberBLACK account by Clicking “YES, SIGN UP FOR A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT”
4. Enter your information
   • Enter St. Louis, MO for your city
   • The same username cannot be used between your rider, uberX and UberBLACK profiles
5. Hit NEXT when complete

STEP 2: Consent to screening

1. Please confirm your profile choice by selecting UberBLACK
2. Hit CONTINUE when you are complete
3. Enter your information to initiate your background check.
4. Hit CONTINUE when complete

STEP 3: Upload Required Documents

To complete your UberBLACK profile you are required to upload 5 documents

• Personal Driver’s License
• MTC Driver’s License
• Proof of Commercial Insurance
• Vehicle Registration
• MTC Permit Sticker

Please upload your documents by following these steps

1. Go to partners.uber.com
2. Sign in using the Username and Password created in STEP 1
3. Select PROFILE from the Menu Bar
   • Under the DOCUMENT section you can upload
     • Personal Driver’s License
     • MTC Driver’s License
     • Certificate of Insurance
     • Click “Edit” to upload each document
4. Select VEHICLES from the Menu Bar
   • Under the DOCUMENT section you can upload,
     • Vehicle Registration
     • MTC permit Sticker
5. Click “Edit” to upload each document
