Our program controls make it quick and easy to enforce compliance of your policies and set limits on rides and meals according to date, time, location, and budget. You can also create multiple programs that meet your business needs, such as travel for your executive team or late-night ride access to certain employees. Onboard employees more effectively
Our latest onboarding updates make it easier for you to add employees to your account and for them to get activated on the road—and all in less time.
To unlock this simplified experience, add employee phone numbers in the People tab of the dashboard. Or, if using an automated roster upload, make sure you enable phone numbers to sync with your roster automation before adding employees. This provides a faster activation experience for employees by triggering an invitation directly from their Uber app.
Once your employees have successfully joined, you’ll have full visibility into their spending and usage, helping to ensure that employees are adhering to your T&E policies. Tailor the experience to the business traveler
Business travel is better than ever before. We’ve rolled out Uber Business Comfort, which offers an exclusive ride option with an elevated experience, in select cities. With Uber Reserve, travelers can now schedule a ride up to 90 days in advance, see prices up front, and receive driver details as their trip nears. Plus, Uber’s new wayfinding feature offers step-by-step, in-app directions at more than 30 airports across the globe to guide you from the gate to the Uber pickup area.**
Use insights to help forecast spending
Your Uber for Business dashboard provides more visibility into usage, spending, and total CO2 emissions of the trips your company has taken with Uber for Business travel programs with an updated insights tab. Download reports directly from the dashboard and manage how your teams use Uber for Business by leveraging the right data to make smart decisions.
