Terms & Conditions

Eligible customers include new or existing Uber for Business Corporate Accounts that link to an eligible expense partner’s integration for the first time during the Offer Period (“Corporate Account”) through an approved expense management platform integration between January 5, 2026 and June 30, 2026 (the “Offer Period”), and meet the eligibility criteria below may be eligible to receive 5% off eligible Uber for Business rides, limited to $10 off per trip, valid until the end of the Offer Period. This offer applies only to Corporate Accounts that meet all conditions set out below.

Undefined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

To qualify for this incentive, an organization must:

• Be a current customer of one of the eligible participating expense partners.
• During the Offer Period meet one of the following conditions:

(a) Complete the Uber for Business sign-up process through the applicable expense partner’s integration to create a new Uber for Business Corporate Account; Or

(b) Create a new Uber for Business Corporate Account through Uber’s own channels and link that account to an eligible expense partner’s integration for the first time; or

(c) For organizations with an existing Uber for Business Corporate Account, link to an eligible expense partners integration for the first time during the Offer Period.

• Be located in one of the following eligible markets: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, or Australia.
• Maintain a Corporate Account in good standing throughout the Offer Period.
• Comply with the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions accepted when creating the Corporate Account.
• Not have taken up any other active or conflicting Uber for Business promotional offer. The reward may not be combined with any other Uber for Business-related promotions.
• Organizations who have linked their Corporate Account to a participating Expense Partner's integration prior to the Offer Period are not eligible for this incentive.

Reward

• Within up to 5 business days after creation of an eligible Corporate Account, Uber will automatically apply a 5% off promotion (“Promotion”) to the Uber accounts of Authorized Users who link their Enterprise Profile to the eligible Corporate Account.
• The Promotion is valid for rides taken on the Authorized User’s Enterprise Profile linked to the Corporate Account until June 30, 2026, and is limited to $10 off per trip.
• Employees who link their Enterprise Profile at any point during the Offer Period will receive the Promotion within up to 5 business days after linking, and the Promotion will remain valid through June 30, 2026.
• Promotions will only be provided if the Corporate Account remains in good standing throughout the Offer Period.

This offer applies to business rides only and cannot be applied to personal profiles or other Uber products.

Exclusions

• Existing linked organizations are not eligible.
• Organizations that were already linked to any Uber for Business expense partner integration prior to January 5, 2026, are excluded.
• Organizations that unlink and relink during the Offer Period to attempt to qualify will be disqualified. Uber reserves the right to block such attempts through automated and manual verification.

Fraud and Violations

Uber reserves the right to suspend or void Promotions if fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms or the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions are suspected. If your Corporate Account is terminated or canceled, any associated Promotions will be automatically terminated.

Modification or Termination

Uber may modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting of updated terms. The Offer Period may be shortened, extended, or amended by Uber in its discretion. Continued participation after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Costs and Expenses

All taxes, fees, and expenses associated with receiving or using the Promotion are the responsibility of the organization.

If your organization does not wish to participate in this offer, you may contact Uber for Business Support to opt out at any time.
