How to manage your expenses

1. Add a credit card

You can add a new credit card or use an existing one on your personal account. Your card won’t be charged until your first meal or ride, but you may see a temporary authorization hold.

2. Connect your expense management system

If you haven't already, connect your expense management system (Concur, Expensify, and so on) from the "Payment" section of your Uber app.

3. Apply for monthly billing later

Once your company starts taking trips regularly, you can apply to have all rides taken on the account billed monthly instead of per trip.
