Other fees & taxes apply, but do not count towards order minimums or Uber One credits benefits. ³This offer (“Offer”) is limited to select individuals who (a) have their Uber Account linked to a qualifying Uber for Business organization; and (b) have joined the Uber and Delta Loyalty Program by linking their Delta SkyMiles account to such Uber Account and agreeing to the associated Program Terms (available at www.uber.com/delta) (a “Linked U4B Account”) . Limited Offer on Qualifying Transactions for Rides and Orders with a Linked U4B Account: Eligible Linked U4B Account members are eligible to earn additional miles on their Total Trip Fares for the following qualifying rides in the U.S.: 1 additional mile per (2 total miles) $1 USD of Total Trip Fares on Uber X airport rides, (ii) 2 additional miles (4 total miles) per $1 USD of Total Trip Fares on an Uber XL, Uber SUV, Uber Comfort, and Uber Black, and (iii) 3 additional miles (6 total miles) per $1 USD of Total Trip Fares on Uber Reserve Economy and Uber Reserve Premium. “Total Trip Fare” means the total amount spent by the Linked U4B Account in connection with a qualifying Uber ride, excluding any promotions, discounts, taxes, fees, mandatory additional charges, and tips. Uber X airport rides are not eligible to earn miles at airport locations not serviced by Uber. Eligible Linked U4B Account members are eligible to earn 1 additional mile (2 total miles) per $1 USD of their total qualifying Uber Eats order amount (excluding taxes, fees, service charges, tips, and other non-food/beverage/grocery charges) on Restaurant Delivery and Grocery Delivery orders over $40 USD in the U.S. Alcohol and similar restricted items (e.g., cannabis) are also not eligible to earn. The eligible individual must complete the qualifying transaction from the eligible Linked U4B Account on or after 9/30/2025 to qualify for the Offer; qualifying activity made on a personal account will not be eligible for the Offer.
