- The Toilet Seat Art Museum: Yes, you read that correctly. San Antonio is the home of Barney Smith’s Toilet Seat Museum, a gallery entirely dedicated to art, with the toilet seat as the medium. The folk museum was the brainchild of a retired plumber who collected used seats for his own personal canvas. Admission is free, but be sure to call and make an appointment before visiting.
