Uber Pro works like this: accept trips, cancel less, get riders where they need to go safely, and earn points. Doing so can get you to higher statuses and better rewards.
For drivers in Advantage Mode markets:
Uber Pro and Advantage Mode are now one program. Gold status requirements are lower and closely aligned with Advantage Mode. Most drivers who previously qualified for Advantage Mode will qualify for Gold in Uber Pro. Eligible drivers will continue earning the rewards they’re used to, with even more available as they move up in Uber Pro status.

Drivers of licensed Taxis in Chicago who utilize the Uber platform are excluded from Uber Pro, it’s associated rewards and these program updates.
¹ Available only to Uber Pro Gold, Platinum, and Diamond drivers taking eligible non-premium rides. Commute, delivery trips (such as Uber Eats and Uber Connect), Hourly, Uber Black, Uber Black SUV, Uber Intercity, Uber Premier, Uber Premier SUV, and Uber Reserve trips are not eligible for 5% Pro Perk additional earnings. Certain earnings such as promotions, tips, tolls, and other third-party fees and operational expenses as stated on your receipt are not included in the calculation of 5% Pro Perk additional earnings. The 5% Pro Perk additional earnings is in comparison to eligible earnings that a driver in Blue would earn for the same trip. Uber does not guarantee drivers will experience higher earnings than earnings received prior to the launch of the 5% Pro Perk. Subject to change in Uber’s discretion.

⁴ The Extra Destination Mode reward will replace the existing Return to Busy Area reward. Now, instead of getting a Return to Busy Area session per day only when you complete trips to non-busy areas, Platinum and Diamond drivers will always get access to this third Destination Mode session. While in Destination Mode as a Platinum or Diamond driver, you can decline or cancel trips without ending your session, though these still count toward your acceptance and cancellation rates.
⁵ Drivers must be in Uber Pro Diamond Status to receive this reward. To enroll in a free 3-month trial, tap “Redeem” on the Uber One Membership reward detail page in the Uber Pro hub. Membership will not auto-renew at the end of the 3 months. To receive another free 3-month Uber One Membership after your initial trial ends, you must have Uber Pro Diamond status and re-enroll through the Uber One Membership details page in the Uber Pro hub. Uber One benefits available only where Uber operates for eligible stores and rides marked with the Uber One icon. Other fees & taxes apply, but do not count towards order minimums or Uber One credits benefits. Receive $0 Delivery Fee on standard delivery within at least 3 miles, and discounted Service Fee, from participating stores when you meet the order minimums shown on the storefront. Additional and optional fees may be charged for Priority Delivery and Long Range Delivery. Where applicable, Uber One credits are earned after completion of eligible rides and expire 60 days after being added to your wallet. Subject to change.
