Here’s how it works:

• Download the Uber app at uber.com/app.
• Go to ‘Promotions’ section of the app and enter the code NEWEDITIONBET.
• Request a ride to or from Downtown New Orleans starting Friday at 4pm CT throughout the weekend until supplies last, and the $10 discount will be applied to your receipt. 
• To qualify to win The New Edition Story Sweepstakes, rider must redeem the NEWEDITIONBET promotion code for a ride on Friday July 1 between 4pm CT and 11:59pm CT in New Orleans.

New Edition Code Details

• NEWEDITIONBET promotional code is valid for the first 1,000 redemptions, once redemption limit is reached, promotion code will be no longer valid.
• NEWEDITIONBET promotional code may only be redeemed for $10 off a ride to or from a location included in the blue area of the map below. Maximum of ONE (1) redemption per rider.

Sweepstakes Period: Friday, July 1, 2016 from 4:00 pm Central Daylight Time until Saturday, July 2, 2016 at midnight Central Daylight Time.
Winners Announced: Saturday, July 2, 2016 by 3:00 pm Central Daylight Time.
Age Requirements: 21 years or older.
Method of Entry: Through Uber’s mobile application, sign into your Uber user account, apply the promotional code “NEWEDITIONBET,” and take a ride in the designated coverage area during the Sweepstakes Period. Eligible individuals will receive a maximum of one entry.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: FIVE (5) tickets (estimated value $600 each) with plus one, plus New Edition Swag Pack (up to $50 value). Approximate value per prize: $650.
How Winner Is Selected: FIVE (5) winners will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
