October isn’t just about Halloween, although the month does have more than its fair share of spooky events. In Orlando, October also means celebrating different cultures, food, and lifestyles. This is your go-to guide for what to do in October. Now all you need to do is get there—we can help you with that.

2. Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights

3. A Petrified Forest

After you’re sufficiently spooked, enjoy backstage tours, live music, and food concessions. Tickets start at $15.
4. Wall St. Plaza BlocktoberFest
October 1
Wall Street Plaza shuts down the block for its annual BlocktoberFest, where partygoers indulge in German food, drink, and music. Event highlights include all-you-can-drink Sam Adams Oktoberfest beer for $20, a stein-hoisting contest, and food from the German food cart Currywurst.
