Click on this link to schedule your appointment, or go to your Driver app and follow these steps: Menu > Help > Book an appointment in person > Select your problem > Schedule an appointment. You can get help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the app. To get help, tap your profile picture in your Driver app, select Help, then select where we can help.
