Sweepstakes Period: Monday, October 19, 2015 from 12:01 am Hawaii Standard Time until Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 11:59 pm Hawaii Standard Time.
Winners Announced: Thursday, October 28, 2015
Age Requirements: 21 years or older
Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, enter the “VIPHARDROCK” promo code in the Uber App and complete 2 uberX rides on Oahu, Hawaii. Entrants may also enter by mail by writing your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail and the name of the Sweepstakes on a 4” x 6” card and mailing it to Uber Technologies, Inc., 1455 Market Street, Suite 400, San Francisco, CA 94103, Attn: Contracts. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period and received on or before the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. Uber users may enter more than once.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) individual will win a two hundred fifty dollar ($250) gift card to Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu and one (1) promotional code valid for up to $20 off of two (2) rides requested via the Uber App. Six (6) tickets to event w/table. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the total prize is ninety dollars ($450).
