UberX Share 的運作方式

1.預約

打開 Uber App，輸入目的地，然後向下捲動至 UberX Share 行程選項。

2.乘搭

The app will try to match your car with other riders heading your way. Get additional savings if you’re matched with a co-rider. See terms.*

3.輕鬆下車

如果你認為該乘車體驗為 5 星級行程，不妨在行程結束後透過 App 向司機夥伴致謝並添加貼士。

常見問題

  • 在你行程的任何時間點，你都只可與另一位乘客共乘。如果有共乘乘客在你之前下車，App 可能會搜尋其他共乘乘客，但系統只會尋找順路的乘客，以免行程增加時間超過 8 分鐘。

  • UberX Share 旨在確保行程增加時間不會超過 8 分鐘 (注意：由於交通狀況和其他可能出現的延誤，我們無法保證到達時間)。乘車時，App 會一直顯示預計抵達時間。

  • 上下車次序視乎你目的地在路線中所在的位置而定，並非以乘客上車的先後次序決定。

  • App 會為你配對順路的乘客，以確保任何額外的接載不會使你的預計到達時間增加超過 8 分鐘。

  • 視乎車廂空間大小和乘客人數而定。如果你攜帶行李出行，我們建議你預約 UberX 行程，而非 UberX Share 行程。
