Uber Teens 帳戶
儘管世界日新月異，為司機夥伴和乘客提供安全的平台體驗依然是我們首要的任務。推出 Uber Teens 帳戶更是如此。
Uber Teens 用戶是 13 至 17 歲的青少年在取得法定監護人同意下，唯一准許使用 Uber 平台的方式。每當 Uber Teens 用戶叫車，將該用戶新增至家庭帳號的監護人會收到通知，並會收到即時提醒和行程即時追蹤資訊，以便在 App 中全程追蹤青少年的行程。

Uber Teens 用戶首次預約行程前，必須先完成安全線上開通流程，確保 Uber Teens 用戶了解可用於每個行程的安全功能。
告知監護人
青少年建立帳戶後，監護人會收到使用指南，以便了解如何為青少年的首次行程做好準備。監護人也會有即時行程追蹤的權限，每次青少年透過 Uber 平台叫車，系統就會發送行程狀態更新給監護人，行程期間監護人也可以直接與你聯絡。

This safety feature, if opted in to, is always on
Audio Recording You and/or your riders can record audio on your devices through the app. To help ensure that the beginning of the trip is recorded, recording will begin when you accept their trip request. This feature helps encourage safe, comfortable interactions on trips. Teen riders can opt in to have audio recorded on every trip automatically.

Teen riders can opt in to have audio recorded on every trip automatically.When this feature is used, the audio recording will be stored and encrypted on the user’s phone so that no one—not even the person who initiated the recording—can access it. Uber can only access it if the user opens an incident report with our Support team and includes the audio file. Unless this happens, Uber cannot access any of the content.

安心上線開車
如果你在接送時發現乘客似乎未滿 18 歲，且行程預約上並未顯示「UberX • 青少年」標籤，你可以要求對方出示有效的駕駛執照或身份證以供確認。
若乘客無法提供證件確認，你可以拒絕行程並向 Uber 報告，因為未成年人不得在沒有官方青少年帳戶的情況下使用 Uber 平台。
你可以向乘客說 明你無法接受行程的原因，讓對方理解具體的拒載理由。

- 青少年如何取得/設定 Uber Teens 帳戶？
青少年必須收到監護人的邀請，才能在監護人的家庭帳號中設定 Uber Teens 帳戶。
- Uber Teens 行程可以有同行乘客乘搭嗎？
可以。當青少年透過 Uber Teens 帳戶叫車時：
- 青少年可攜伴同行，但對方必須年滿 13 歲
- 13 歲至 17 歲未持有 Uber 帳戶的乘客必須表明已取得家長或法定監護人的同意
- 所有青少年都必須坐在後座並扣好安全帶
如遇以下情況，你可以取消行程：
- 乘客未滿 13 歲
- 有 13 歲至 17 歲未持有 Uber 帳戶的乘客表示自己並未取得家長或法定監護人的同意
- 青少年乘客無法坐在後座
你可以先完成行程，稍後再透過相同的幫助頁面報告事件。
- 青少年行程對我的司機夥伴評分有什麼影響？
與往常一樣，你可以拒絕收到的任何行程預約，且評分不會受到影響。如果你接受行程預約，但在接載乘客時發現是無人陪伴的未成年人且對方並沒有青少年帳戶，你可以取消行程並選擇無人陪伴的未成年人作為取消原因。
如果你取消行程，可告知乘客原因，以免他們感到疑惑。
- 我可以聯絡 Uber Teens 用戶的監護人嗎？
可以的。在行程中，你可以透過三方即時通訊功能，同時與青少年及監護人即時聯絡。這項功能與一般行程的即時通訊功能相似，並可以相同的方式開啟。監護人或青少年均可透過這項功能展開對話。
- 如何得知是不是 Uber Teens 用戶的監護人致電給我？
你不會知道。所有通話 (包括監護人的來電) 都會透過 Uber App 的通話系統進行轉接。
