Uber MVP Program

The Uber MVP Program is officially launched! This program is designed to recognize driver-partners who have consistently shown outstanding support and high engagement on Uber platform. Eligible driver-partners can now enjoy a series of upgraded rewards and exclusive features.

Program details

• Program cycle: Similar to Uber Pro, this new program runs over a fixed 3-month cycle.  The first cycle of Uber MVP Program will run from 30  March 2026 until the end of July 2026, and the next cycle will begin in Aug and end in Oct 2026.
• Participation Qualifications: We review at the end of each cycle to update the list of eligible driver-partners. This gives every driver-partner the opportunity to qualify for the program. To automatically qualify to participate in the next cycle, driver-partners must meet all of the following conditions in the current cycle:
• • Uber Pro Tier: Platinum or Diamond
  • Star rating: maintain an average rating of 4.85 or above
  • Trips acceptance rate: 85% or above
  • Trips cancellation rate: 4% or below
  • You are the vehicle owner of the registered vehicle
  • You have at least one registered vehicle that is 12 years old or newer

Uber MVP Program Rewards Highlights

You’re now qualified for the Uber MVP Program! In addition to your existing Uber Pro tier rewards, starting from now, you can opt-in to enjoy the following rewards and features:

Uber MVP Incentives Quest**

Exclusive rewards for MVP driver-partners! Select a preferred quest in the Opportunities page of your Driver app, and set your target acceptance rate and number of trips before the weekly cycle starts. Just meet your chosen goals to unlock your reward. The higher your target, the greater the incentives. 

Easy Steps:

1. In the ‘Opportunities’ page, enter the Quest interface. 
2. Your current acceptance rate and cancellation rate will be displayed, along with the cancellation rate that you are required to maintain during the quest period.
3. Choose a quest between Trips only or Trips + X% AR (Acceptance Rate). As a friendly reminder, incentives for Trips + X% AR will be higher.
4. After selecting a quest, tap Done. (You must tab Done to join the quest)
5. Once you’ve completed the main quest, you can get extra earnings if you can complete the additional trips required. 

All-new 1-hour Area Preference*

This feature allows you to choose your preferred areas for driving, giving you more control over route planning and more trip booking opportunities.  Once the feature is activated in your Driver app, you may set your preferred driving area and the 1-hour count down will begin (feature can be used once per day). 

Easy Steps:

1. Tap the menu button on the Home screen.
2. Tap the Area Preferences toggle.
3. Choose your preferred area.
4. Once your preferred area is selected, the Area Preferences feature activates immediately and the usage time countdown begins.
