After the driver has ended the trip, please report any feedback when rating your trip in the Uber app, emailing customercomplaints@uber.com, visiting help.uber.com, or calling 800-664-1378.
For trips in Pennsylvania that begin or end outside of Philadelphia County, you can also file a complaint through the PA Public Utility Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Services at 800-692-7380 or http://www.puc.pa.gov/contact_us.aspx.
UberX, UberXL, UberPool, and Uber SUV trips from PHL Airport are subject to a $3 airport surcharge. Uber Black trips from PHL Airport are subject to a $1.50 airport surcharge. UberX, UberXL, and UberPool trips to PHL Airport are subject to a $2.50 airport surcharge. A PA Surcharge of 1% of the fare total will be added for trips on UberX, UberXL, and UberPool originating within Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia.
