Airport Regulations for Earners

Per airport regulations, Earners must adhere to the terms below while on airport property. Failure to do so may result in the receipt of a citation or even restriction of access to airport trips. Please note that Uber will not pay for any citations that driver-partners may incur.

• When on airport property, the Uber driver app must be open at all times (Earners must not go offline until exiting the airport area).
• Earners may wait for requests in the designated waiting area located at 1413 Murfreesboro Pike (see map below).
• Earners waiting elsewhere will not receive trip requests through the Uber driver app.
• Waiting at terminals or elsewhere on airport property is prohibited and may result in a citation.
• All ride pickups, including Re-Match, must occur at the Ground Transportation Center, across from the main terminal (see map below).
• The Uber vehicle decal (trade dress) must always be displayed on the front passenger windshield facing outward. Driver-partners can obtain this Uber decal at their local Greenlight Hub or fill out this form to receive one by mail.

Pro tips:

• Driver cancellations: Trip cancellations can take away from the great Uber experience that both Riders and Earners expect. Please remember that Earners who improperly use the app and intentionally disrupt the service, including excessively canceling rides or asking riders to cancel rides, may lose the ability to receive trip requests to and from the airport through the Uber Driver app.

• Ground transportation and airport security staff: Airport rules are as important as traffic rules. Airports expect Earners to follow the instructions of the airport staff.

• Parking and waiting: Airport rules state that you may not wait for requests anywhere other than the designated waiting area shown below. If the lot is full, you may return at a later time. You may not park in spaces not designated for rideshare vehicles.

Reporting Issues and Emergencies at BNA:

The airport has asked that driver-partners only call the Airport Communications Center (ACC) in the event of an airport-related emergency. Such events include, but are not limited to:

• situations that are or could become violent
• use of drugs or alcohol
• vehicle accidents

Earners with non-emergency concerns should not call the ACC and instead are advised to speak directly to the guard stationed in the BNA waiting lot. Such situations include:

• reporting a vehicle not displaying a decal or placard
• blocked traffic
• vehicles improperly parked

À compter du 3 juin 2025, tous les trajets partagés doivent avoir lieu dans la zone D, à l'intérieur du Ground Transportation Center (GTC). Les déposes à l'extérieur de la zone de départ ne seront plus autorisées, sauf pour les passagers ayant des besoins d'accessibilité. Si vous souhaitez recevoir une demande de trajet par la suite, vous devez laisser l'application Uber pour les chauffeurs et les coursiers activée pour conserver votre place dans la file d'attente.

Fonctionnalité de nouvelle correspondance

Nous avons également lancé la fonctionnalité Nouvelle correspondance chez BNA. Pour pouvoir bénéficier de l'option Re-Match, les utilisateurs percevant des revenus doivent d'abord se rendre à l'aéroport. La nouvelle correspondance permet alors à tout utilisateur percevant des revenus qui vient d'effectuer une dépose à l'aéroport de recevoir temporairement une demande de prise en charge et de terminer une prise en charge sans avoir à se rendre dans la zone d'attente. Une fois arrivé à l'aéroport, vous pouvez vous diriger vers la zone d'attente de la TNC pour attendre dans la file d'attente des chauffeurs désignés une demande de prise en charge à l'aéroport. Lorsque vous accédez au parking d'attente, vous pouvez recevoir une demande de nouvelle mise en correspondance. La réglementation de l'aéroport interdit de s'attarder dans la zone du terminal. Vous risquez une contravention de la part des autorités aéroportuaires si vous vous attardez juste à l'extérieur du terminal.
