Pickups at the airport
You can pick up and drop off riders at Tauranga Airport in the public pickup / dropoff car park.
Tauranga’s public pickup / dropoff car park has a time limit of 60 minutes. Driver-partners will be responsible for parking costs if time in the car park exceeds 60 minutes. Driver-partners are not permitted by the Airport to pick-up riders from the taxi rank.
Receiving Trip Requests
If you’re waiting to pick up riders from Tauranga Airport, you’ll be placed in a virtual queue, which means you’ll receive trip requests on a first in, first out basis. This means that driver-partners who have been waiting the longest get requests first.
