For the most accurate directions to your driver, be sure to check the app after requesting a ride.
- The Uber pick-up zone is outside Qantas Terminal (T1). To find the T1 Uber Pickup Zone, turn left when you exit the security doors. Exit the terminal at the door past the baggage carousels at the end of the T1 building.
Exit the security doors and turn left
Once you come through into the baggage claim area, turn left and walk past the baggage carousels.
Continue straight
Walk to the end of the terminal and exit through the sliding doors
You have arrived at the T1 Uber Pickup Zone
For UberX bookings, join the queue at Zone B. For all other products, your driver will meet you at Zone A.
