Directions to pickup at JNB Airport Terminal A
For the most accurate directions to your driver, be sure to check the app after requesting a ride.
- You'll meet your driver in Parkade 2, in front of Pillar 2E.
1. Go to escalators from Baggage Claim
After collecting baggage, go towards the escalators on your left.
2. Go up to Level 1 (L1)
Take the escalators up one level to L1.
3. Turn right on Level 1
After exiting the escalator or lift on L1, turn right.
4. Proceed past retail stores
Continue straight towards the restaurants, passing the retail stores.
5. Go to Parkade 2 via bridge
Go over the bridge next to the SAPS service desk (on your right) towards Parkade 2.
6. Enter Parkade 2, then go right
Turn right along the pedestrian crossing to enter Parkade 2.
7. Cross to Pillar 2E
Cross straight over the pedestrian crossing to Pillar 2E.
8. Meet your driver at Pillar 2E
Meet your driver in the Uber designated Pickup point in front of Pillar 2E.
Reminder: do not accept off-app trips for your safety
For your safety, always request trips within the Uber app. Do not accept off-app trips from solicitors in-terminal or at the Uber pickup points.
