Located 5 kilometers (3 miles) from downtown Mexico City, it is about a 25-minute drive in ideal road and traffic conditions.

Terminal 1 access is located in Puente Pilotos Bridge, and Terminal 2 access is located near Gate M. Shuttles leave every 5 minutes, taking 7 minutes to transfer.
