How to get a ride from DCA Airport
Request when you’re ready to walk outside
At Terminal B/C, you’ll be prompted in-app to select whether you’d like to be picked up on the upper departures (ticketing/check-in) level or the lower arrivals level. Be sure to choose a ride option that suits your group size and luggage needs.
Exit the airport
For Terminal A pickups, head outside after requesting your ride, then wait curbside for your driver.
If you’re arriving at Terminal B/C, you’ll have the option to get picked up at the far outer curb outside doors 6, 7, or 8 on the lower arrivals level, or curbside at the new location at doors 1, 3, 4, or 6 on the upper departures level.
Meet and confirm your driver
Always check that your driver’s license plate matches what you see in the app. If you can’t find your driver, contact them through the app.
