Pick up instructions examples:

1. Pick up in-store at the marked Collection Point.
2. Use the entrance marked ‘Delivery Collection’.
3. Pick up the order at the side store window. When facing the main entrance walk to the left side of the store where you will see the pick up sign.

How to update your store’s pickup instructions

Uber Eats Manager

1. Select the ‘Store Info’ tab under ‘Store’
2. Choose ‘Edit’ for ‘Pick-up instructions
3. Enter pick up instructions

Uber Eats Manager App

1. Select ‘More’ at the bottom and then ‘Stores’
2. Select the store and then choose ‘Edit’ next to ‘Pick-up instructions’
3. Enter pick up instructions

Uber Eats Orders (in-store tablet)

1. Select ‘Settings’ on the left side and then ‘Store info’
