Follow the steps below:

• You're a teenager (13-17 years old):
• • Click on the link or scan the QR code below, download the Uber app and follow the steps to create your teen account
  • Once your account is created, choose a Guardian to confirm your new account (ask them to approve soon or your account will be put on hold!)
• Click on the link or scan the QR code below, download the Uber app if you don't have it
• Add a teen account to your Family Profile (ask them to approve)

Note: this campaign runs until July 5th 2026. Make sure to finalize your teen account by that date to be enrolled in the Prize Draw. The Draw will run within 2 weeks following closing.

Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. THESE TERMS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS ON YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. Eligibility and Participation

• The Uber x InStreamly Teen Account Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged between 13 and 17 years old at the time of entry (“Teens”).
• Entry Status: While a Parent or Legal Guardian is required to initiate the account setup, the entry into the Promotion is attributed to the Teen Account holder.
• To be eligible, a new Uber “Teen Account” must be successfully created and linked to a Guardian’s profile during the Promotional Period.
• This Promotion is not open to employees of Uber London Limited, InStreamly, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Promotion.
• Proof of age and residency may be requested by the Organiser.

2. Promotional Period

• The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 19 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 5 July 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
• Any accounts created or activated outside of these times will not be eligible for the Prize Draw or the Guaranteed Award.

3. Prizes and Selection Process

By meeting the eligibility criteria, participants are entered into the draw for the following prizes:

A. The Prize Draw (Random Selection)

• The Grand Prize: One (1) PS5 Console, awarded in the form of a GAME voucher to the equivalent retail value.
• Secondary Prizes: Twenty five (25) Steam Gift Cards, each with a value of £20, Fifty (50) Steam Gift Cards, each with a value of £10, Five hundred seventy (570) Steam Gift Cards, each with a value of £5
• Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen by a random computer process within 14 days of the Promotional Period ending.

B. The Guaranteed Award

• Guaranteed Entry Prize: all eligible Teen who successfully creates a new Teen Account during the Promotional Period and was not selected in the Prize Draw will receives one (1) free Uber trip, up to the value of £20.
• Validity: The Guaranteed Award trip must be redeemed by 9 August 2026. After this date, the offer will expire and cannot be extended.
• If a trip costs less than £20, the remaining balance is forfeited. If the trip exceeds £20, the difference will be charged to the Guardian’s linked payment method.

4. Winner Notification and Fulfilment

• Notification: Winners of the Prize Draw (PS5 voucher and Steam gift cards) will be notified via the Parent or Legal Guardian’s email address associated with the linked Uber account.
• Notification will occur within 14 days of the draw.
• If a winner’s Guardian does not respond or claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
• Prize Draw prizes will be dispatched or emailed within 30 days of the winner’s acceptance.

5. General Conditions

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend, or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will be processed as set out in Uber’s Privacy Policy and in accordance with UK GDPR.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
