Terms and Conditions: Uber One x Disney+ THE BEAR Promotion

To celebrate Season 5 of FX’s “THE BEAR” on Disney+, we’re sending one lucky winner and their guest on a prize trip of a lifetime to Chicago – the epic setting for the series!

READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. The Promoter

1.1 The Promoter of this Promotion is Uber Eats (UK), a company registered under the laws of England and Wales (registration number: 10078453) whose registered address is First Floor, Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London, United Kingdom, E1 8FA (the “Promoter”)

1.2 The Prize will be fulfilled by Element London Ltd, a company registered under the laws of England and Wales (registration number 07073848) whose registered address is Unit 9 Featherbed Court, Mixbury, Brackley, England, NN13 5RN (“The Prize Provider”), acting as an agent for the Promoter

2. Eligibility and Participation

2.1 The following terms and conditions shall exclusively apply to this Uber One x Disney+ THE BEAR Promotion (the “Promotion”) for the duration of the Promotion Period.

2.2 The Promotion is open to all U.K. residents aged 18 years or over who are Uber One members at the time of entry, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion. Proof of age and/or identity and/or residency may be required.

2.3 Age Requirements: At least one traveler must be aged 21 or over. Where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

2.4 To enter the Promotion you must:

• Opt-in by clicking the chance to win button within the UberOne Members hub during the Promotion Period. One entry allowed per Uber One member.

3. Promotion Details

3.1 The prize available as part of this Promotion Event (the “Prize Package”) is for up to 2 adults (who must travel together on the same itinerary). The Prize Package is provided can be contacted at team@element-london.com. For avoidance of doubt, the details of the Prize Package will be chosen and organised at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Includes:

• Flights: Roundtrip economy/coach flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major airports in the UK to Chicago, USA . Flight itinerary determined by The Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
• Accommodation: three (3) nights’ luxury (4*) hotel accommodation in Chicago based on one double occupancy room, including daily breakfast. For avoidance of doubt, the three (3) night stay must be (i) consecutive, (ii) not be between the dates of 21st December to 3rd January (inclusive), and  (iii) include a Saturday night stay.
• Transfers: Roundtrip airport transfers in Chicago determined by The Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
• Chicago Food Tour: (3 hours) Includes an expert guide and food tastings at iconic restaurants.
• Chicago Sightseeing Pass: Includes admission to five (5x) Chicago attractions.
• Travel Insurance: Subject to restrictions; winners over 70 or with pre-existing conditions may incur additional costs.
• Spending Money: seven hundred and fifty pounds (£750 GBP) spending money for the winner only, transferred to one nominated bank account.

3.2 Prize Package is as stated and nothing else is included. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers in the UK, non-breakfast meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, personal expenses, or any other items not expressly stated.

3.3 Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. Sale or resale of any element of the Prize Package is strictly prohibited. 

3.4 Prize Package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value; If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;

3.5 Travel Validity: Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification. All travel must be completed within this time.

3.6 Booking: Winners must contact the prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.

3.7 Additional Requirements:

• Accommodation will be selected by The Prize Provider at their sole discretion. A credit/debit card for incidentals will be requested by the hotel at check-in.
• All recipients must possess a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months on date of travel).
• Any necessary visas (including ESTAs) and documentation required for entry to the USA are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
• The prize provider reserves the right to offer suitable alternatives of equal value if any advertised inclusion becomes unavailable.

4. Promotion Period and Notification

4.1 Promotion Period: The Promotion will open for entries on Friday 15th May 2026 at 00:05 and shall close on Sunday 24th May 2026 at 23:55.

4.2 The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons.

4.3 Draw Date: The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process on or around Wednesday 3rd June 2026.

4.4 Notification: The winner will be notified by email or telephone within three (3) working days of the Draw Date and must respond to the notification to claim their Prize Package within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in the Prize Package being forfeited.

4.5 The Prize Package shall be awarded to the winner within three (3) working days upon receipt of any additional details required for fulfilment.

5. General

5.1 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.

5.2 The Promoter assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or errors in processing entries.

5.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, Promoter and its agents (including Element London Ltd) do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant.

5.4 Data Protection: Personal data will be processed per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and shared with Element London Ltd for the purposes of prize fulfillment.

5.5 Disney Disclaimer: The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package. The Walt Disney Company is not a “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider.”

5.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

5.7 The winner’s surname and country of residence will be made available upon request to comply with applicable laws (including the CAP Codes), unless the winner objects by written request that the amount of information shared is reduced.
