Discover the new pick up points at Madrid-Barajas Airport MAD

Every day we take thousands of travelers to the Airport to start new adventures. We know that when you travel you want everything to go as comfortable and smooth as possible.

Sharing our same goal, AENA Airports has redesigned the Uber picking up area increasing its accessibility so it won’t take you long to get to your final destination.

• Terminal 1

  International arrivals (Hall 1)

  Go out of the hall and follow the indications to go to Arrivals-Exit 2.

  Using the door in front of the Pharmacy, go to the street, cross by the pedestrian crossing and follow the indications to go to parking P1.

  On the parking entrance, just in front of the Rent a Car office, you’ll see stairs on your right and an elevator. Go up to the second floor.

  Go through the pedestrian crossing and at the end of the parking you will see the Uber parking spots marked in red color on the floor.

  Hall 2

  Go to the street using the door right in front of you.

  Cross the pedestrian crossing and turn slightly to the right. Go up to the first floor using the stairs or the elevator. There is where you will meet your driver.

  
• Terminal 2 - Express Parking

  When you get out of the baggage area, go to the left following the directions to go to Terminal 1. When you arrive at the Touristic Information point, go to the street using the door on your right.

  Cross the pedestrian crossing and walk over to the left again to reach the Express Parking.

  
• Terminal 4 - B Module

  When you get out of the hall, go up to the first floor using the footbridge that you will find inside the terminal to the left.

  Turn to the right and go to the parking. At the end of the corridor, go to the left until you get to the B Module. Use the elevator to go up one floor. You will find the Uber picking up area in the left.

  

The average time to go from the terminals to the picking up venues is 5 minutes. At the end of your ride, we will send a receipt to your email where you will find a 0,65 € fee. This will be applied only in your rides to go back from the Airport.
