Delivery Recipients can’t offer a gratuity before completion and can adjust or remove it post-delivery, excluding the Uber Direct platform. Preset gratuity options range from 10% to 30% or $2 to $6. Changes in the order total will affect the preset gratuity. Custom gratuity amounts are allowed, and there’s no limit, except on Uber Direct, where it’s capped at $1,000 per delivery. Cash gratuities are neither discouraged nor prohibited.
