To enhance the pickup experiences near the airport, starting a pilot from 24 April 2023, the invited driver-partners can enjoy the  2-hour free parking promotion1 at the 11 SKIES car park in SkyCity, Hong Kong International Airport. We hope this can help minimise your travel distance and wait time for airport pickups.
With restaurants and washrooms near the car park, driver-partners can have a more comfortable experience while waiting for trip requests at the 11 SKIES car park.
Exclusive for driver-partners: 2-hour free parking at 11 SKIES car park
2-hour free parking promotion is applicable to the designated parking spots on M Floor of the 11 SKIES car park at SkyCity of the Hong Kong International Airport. The designated parking spots will be indicated by overhead purple LEDs.
🚗 Before entering the 11 SKIES car park
In order to enjoy the 2-hour free parking promotion1, driver-partners should first register their nominated Octopus card. Each driver-partner can only register one Octopus card at any one time. You will receive a notification in your inbox and be able to use your nominated Octopus card on the 7th business day after registration to enjoy the 2-hour free parking promotion2.
If any misuse cases of the registered Octopus card or any act in breach of the 11 SKIES car park Rules & Regulations at the car park or the designated parking spot are found, driver-partners may be denied from enjoying the 2-hour free parking promotion in the future.

🅿️ How to use the 11 SKIES car park
Enter 11 SKIES car park with your registered Octopus card 
Head to the designated parking spot on M Floor. To enjoy the promotion, you can park in an available designated parking spot, which is indicated by a flashing purple light above the spot
When you receive a request, you can follow the usual steps to reject or accept it
After accepting a request, exit the car park with the same Octopus card as you have used to enter the car park to apply the promotion and drive to the pickup point
💡 Reminders
A 15-minute buffer time will be given  preceding and succeeding the 2-hour free parking, so as to allow driver-partners sufficient time to reach or leave the designated parking spot. In case of any overtime parking (parking time exceeding the 2-hour free parking or any of the 15-minute time buffers respectively), driver-partners will have to pay for 1-hour parking charge minimum (HK$28 per hour)3 . If you have any questions, please reach out to the Uber support team by using Help in app or calling 5803 2260.
In addition, if driver-partners have any questions about their 11 SKIES parking fee, you can either 
(a) retain and send in the 11 SKIES parking receipt image while contacting our support team; or 
(b) visit the 11 SKIES management office next to the entrance of the parking lot during office hours to handle refund procedures with the relevant parking receipts or mobile phone screenshots. Office hours are from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Example 1: The driver-partner spent 18 minutes to reach the designated parking spot from the entrance gate and the parking time in the designated parking spot was 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

→ Please be aware that the two15-minute buffers and the 2-hour free parking are counted individually (15 minutes + 2 hours + 15 minutes). In this case, as the time spent to reach the parking spot has exceeded the15-minute buffer time, the driver-partner will be charged at HK$28 per hour. The duration starts counting from the moment when the buffer time is exceeded, until the entire parking time and the time of leaving the gate end.
Example 2: The driver-partner parked in the designated parking spot for 4 hours.

→ Given that the two 15-minute buffers are not exceeded, the driver-partner will be charged a 2-hour parking fee .
Example 3: The driver-partner did not use up both the two 15-minute buffers to reach or leave the parking spot and parking time was 2 hours.  

→ The driver-partner does not have to pay any parking fees.
How to get the trip requests nearby the airport?
When you are online and your vehicle enters specific areas in Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok (including 11 SKIES car park) (as shown in the red circle above), you will automatically join the virtual Airport Queue for trip requests. When a rider requests a ride at the airport, the system will assign it to the driver-partner who has waited in the virtual Airport Queue for the longest time. The second request will go to the driver-partner who has waited for the second longest time, and so on. 
Terms & conditions
2-hour free parking promotion applies only to the designated parking spots in the 11 SKIES car park.
Designated parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If all designated parking spots are full, driver-partners may exit within the 15-minute buffer time and re-enter the 11 SKIES car park at a later time or park at the other available parking spots solely at his/her own cost.
The use of the 11 SKIES car park is subject to 11 SKIES’s terms of use and fees which they determine from time to time, please refer to this page for Car Park Rules & Regulations.
If driver-partners lost the registered Octopus card or require to update the registered Octopus card after successful registration, please reach out to the Uber support team by using Help in app or calling 5803 2260.
Submission of the completed Octopus card registration form has a daily cut-off time at 12:00 noon of a business days (except Saturdays, Sundays and statutory public holidays). Octopus card registration forms received after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next business day.
If registration is successful, driver-partners will receive a notification in their inbox within 7 business days after submitting the registration form. If the registration is unsuccessful, no notice will be given. 
2-hour free parking promotion is only available to driver-partners who received this message directly from Uber.
Uber reserves the right to change or modify this offer without notice.
Uber and 11 SKIES reserve the right of final decision on any dispute or controversy.
Uber and 11 SKIES reserve the right to cancel 2-hour free parking promotion for any fraudulent, illegal or driver-partner violations.
Uber and 11 SKIES reserve the right of final interpretation and decision of this event.
For the avoidance of doubt, the driver-partner reserves the right to decide in their absolute discretion whether to participate in the 2-hour free parking promotion, register their Octopus card or accept any trip requests whilst participating in the promotion.
